MHRD under its National Mission on Education through ICT, has initiated the National Digital Library of India (NDL India) a pilot project to develop a virtual repository framework for learning resources with a search function in a single window. Search utilizing filters and by languages can help the users mainly students to reach a refined search result without additional training with a lot less time on each search. NDL India is designed to cater to multi-lingual user-base and with the support of interface can reach a multitude of India which is a country of more than hundreds of languages.
