This paper shows the strategic management of Vilma’s Flower Shop that aims to provide the possible procedures and actions the business must follow in order to achieve its goals and stimulate business expansion and can also provide the business with a competitive edge. Based on the Grand Strategy Matrix in this paper, Vilma’s Flower Shop is categorized as a Quadrant I business due to its strong competitive position and rapid market growth. Vilma’s Flower Shop is well known for its wide range of flower arrangements and is open to possible growth and expansion.
