Case report Abstract A 22 years old man presented to emergency department with progressive shortness of breath and stridor over a three months period. He had no history of foreign body ingestion or chocking. He is a well articulate athletic Down’s syndrome. He had a repair for ventricular septal defect at 3 months age. Fibreoptic naso-laryngeal endoscopy showed granulation tissue on his vocal cords with foreign body appearance between the cords. CT scan of his neck and chest showed a wishbone foreign body appearance at his larynx. Tracheostomy and micro-laryngobronchoscopy were performed
