There is no question that 21st-century youth has become far more dependent upon connectivity for studying, playing, communicating, and socializing. Scientific studies have found that excessive use of internet is related to a variety of negative psychosocial consequences. Internet addiction is a kind of consumer behavior that has attracted the attention of many studies. This study was conducted to see not only the prevalence of Internet addiction in male and female students, but also to see the relationship between internet addiction and level of anxiety.
