Here, we designed cancer cell membrane-coated Indocyanine green (ICG) PLGA nanoparticles for tumor surgery navigation in NIR imaging. Encapsulating of ICG to (nanoparticles) NPs results in the extension of ICG half-life and accumulation at the tumor site. Biomimetic NPs coated with an active cell membrane are getting more attention and can acquire special functions, such as ligand recognition and targeting, long blood circulation, and immune escaping.
