Technologia blockchain w sektorze elektroenergetycznym

This article analyses the system of operation of blockchain-based technology, its multi-faceted capabilities, and achievements related to the use thereof, in the international electricity sector. The research goal of this paper was to present the opportunities and threats related to the use of blockchain technology in the electricity sector. The paper attempts to present the perspective for development of the electricity sector in Poland using the example of several countries which benefit from or are currently designing a number of blockchain-based applications that are used, e.g. for the sale of electricity
