This article examines the views, models and shawls of public-private partnership (PPP) in the scientific literature. The main goal of this research is to formulate and present a unified scientific approach to the views and models of public-private partnership by studying and analyzing the scientific literature. In the framework of public-private partnership, in combining the efforts of the state and business, each party pursues its own interests, has its own goals, solves specific tasks.
