Information systems – principles of construction and methodical principles of use

The article is devoted to the coverage of the information systems usage in the field of public administration. The foreign experience of the information systems usage, as well as the prospects for their implementation in Ukraine, is analyzed. The main advantages and disadvantages of these technologies are determined. Conclusions and proposals have been made regarding the improvement and implementation of new information technologies and the use of old good methods of information transmission. In order to do this, a sufficiently substantiated study of this complex and currently unresolved problem for our country and the world as a whole has been conducted.
