Penanggulangan Tindak Pidana Balapan Liar di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

The crime of wild racing has a negative effect on the offenders as well as the neighborhood surrounding the unlawful racing site. In addition to status, talent, and car speed, illegal racing often includes gambling and drinking. There are two ways to combat unlawful racing: through criminal and civil sanctions. In actuality, however, avoiding penalties takes priority when conquering wild racing. This study recommends that law enforcement take unlawful racing more seriously and act swiftly in response to community concerns or reports. Then, it is hoped that the government will construct an official race track in the Takengon area of Central Aceh to channel the youth's talent. Even though it isn't a circuit, it is hoped that the local government will build a small race track and host automotive events, especially ones involving motorized vehicle racing or similar activitie
