The heuristic framework that was established by Kutsyuruba, Godden, and Walker (2020) investigates the linkages between early career development (ECTs) mentorship for teachers and resources, degrees of influence, contextual variables, and the role of school leaders. It is possible to utilize it to find formal, assisted, and spontaneous paths to mentorship programs that provide early career development opportunities for teachers. This framework is beneficial for reviewing and evaluating programs that are now in place or those are expected to be implemented.
