ABSTRACT: Based on extensive journalistic investigations, it was discovered that the high official of the Romanian State, accused of falsifying his baccalaureate diploma, not only did not graduate from high school, but never held the position of deputy director at ORNISS, the institution that certifies civilians and military to access and manage state secrets.
