This article presents the results of early diagnosis using ultrasonography and the treatment of patients with hip dysplasia in infants. An ultrasound study was performed on 90 infants who had clinical symptoms of hip dysplasia, as well as children at risk for developing dysplasia. Comprehensive conservative treatment was prescribed to patients with various degrees of dysplasia. The main emphasis of the diagnosis was on ultrasound, as it is very affordable, non-invasive and highly informative during the neonatal period
