PRACE will operate an evaluation process based on peer review in order to ensure the scientific quality of proposals and that its resources are allocated in an effective and efficient manner. This deliverable focuses on the detailed process for peer review within PRACE, covering different types of proposals, the personnel involved and the procedures to be followed. The deliverable closely adheres to those principles that were established in D2.4.1 and has engaged in consultation with many HPC sites across Europe
