Abstract Every Filipino consumer's behavior has been changed in numerous ways ever since the Covid-19 outbreak began, including decision-making. Due to the sheer pandemic, a variety of modifications and new rules must be implemented, this article will reflect changes that each and every customer has experienced. There are issues and aspects that every Filipino customer must deal with, such as spending habits, because everybody is having difficulties financially, also when every essential need is limited. There are many Filipinos who have lost their jobs as a result of the pandemic which made their spending patterns decreased due to lack of income.
