The research study focuses on investigating the factors leading the failure of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) project management in the public sectors of Tanzania. The study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection methods. The research includes a comprehensive literature review to identify factors associated with previous ICT project failures.
