DIRECTIONS AND RESULTS OF THE WORK OF THE KEMEROVSK REGIONAL ORGANIZATION OSOAVIAKHIM DURING THE TRANSITION FROM WAR TO PEACETIME IN 1945-1946

The article discusses and analyzes the work of the Kemerovo regional organization Osoaviakhim in the process of transition from wartime to peacetime. The source base of the work is the materials of the State Archive of the Kemerovo Region. On the basis of primary sources, the article studies the work of OSOAVIAKhIM in the period 1945–1946. As a basis, materials of the military department of the Kemerovo regional committee of the CPSU on the activities of Osoaviahim in the Kemerovo region for 1945 and 1946 were used. Problems such as personnel and the lack of a sufficient material base are analyzed. In conclusion, it is concluded that during the years of the Great Patriotic War, the Kemerovo regional organization of OSOAVIAKhIM did significant work in training military specialists and educating the civilian population. The main work was carried out through primary organizations, among which competition among themselves in training and retraining was encouraged
