This study investigates workplace ethics, productivity and professionalism in the library organizations in Nigeria. The researchers employed the conventional content analysis approach (desk research method). They have adopted the analysis of existing documents that contain the information about the phenomenon under study. Information needed to actualize this paper was gathered from secondary sources such as textbooks, journal articles, conference papers, online sources. This involved reading meaning into materials consulted for purpose of achieving a reliable conclusion.
