Cross-border cooperation an economic assessment object

The article substantiates the relevance of the study of cross-border cooperation as an economic assessment object. The national and international legal framework on the interpretation of the concept of "transborder cooperation" has been analyzed, on the basis of which its essence has been improved. Problems that arise in the field of cross-border cooperation are identified and its influence on foreign economic activity of Ukrainian enterprises is revealed on the example of Lviv region. The influence of euroregions on the territory of Ukraine is analyzed and their advantages and disadvantages are determined. The peculiarities of cross-border cooperation assessment are revealed, and key indicators of the impact of cross-border cooperation on foreign economic activity in Ukraine are identified
