Nowadays, the rapid development of information and technology makes daily work easier and more flexible—no exception for a notary. A notary's authority is to make an authentic deed that must be attended by the appearers and witnessed by witnesses. However, the widespread use of technology and information can allow notaries to exercise their authority through electronic media or cyber notary.
