NATIONAL LEADER HEYDAR ALIYEV AND MUSICAL CULTURE OF AZERBAIJAN

The article examines National Leader Heydar Aliyev’s deep thoughts about musical culture of Azerbaijan, prominent cultural figures and the great state projects he implemented. There was no boundary between different spheres of public life for an outstanding political leader with brilliant innate talent. He addressed every issue he touched upon as a skilled expert, and proved that he had high erudition, deep knowledge and rich life experience in that field. H.
