Contribution to Ancient and Medieval Women's Work

In the early Vedic period women enjoyed equal status and rights. However, the end of ancient times and other external rulers can be seen punishing women according to their religion. But in an exceptional situation, some women tried to bring equality in the social states while expressing their animosity. In the Middle Ages, women occupied many different social roles. During the Middle Ages, the period of European history from the 5th century to the 15th century, women played some important leadership roles, along with the roles of wife, mother, farmer, artisan, and nun. In medieval India, women faced more or less slavery and confinement. The status of women has faced many major changes in the last few centuries. From the status of equality with men in ancient times to the medieval life and the promotion of equal rights by many reformers, the history of women in India has been quite dynamic. In modern India, women are occupying top positions like President, Prime Minister, Speaker of Lok Sabha, Leader of Opposition, etc
