The objective: to analyze the obstetric and perinatal outcomes of childbirth in pregnant women who had complications from the group of the great obstetrical syndromes. Materials and methods. A retrospective statistical analysis of obstetric and perinatal outcomes of childbirth of 239 pregnant women (the Ist group – main one) who had complications from the group of the great obstetrical syndromes (GOS).
