The influence of leadership style, teamwork and organizational learning on performance through job satisfaction of state vocational school teachers

The conclusion of this study is that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on teacher job satisfaction. Organizational learning has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. This means that the better the leadership style, the better the performance. Teamwork has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance.
