The basic requirements for information in economy intellectualization are listed. The information resources structure of the business structure is given. The problems and factors that hinder economy intellectualization and can influence the enterprise diversification process are indicated. The intellectualization influence on various forms of economic relations has been identified and considered as a new aspect of economic development; a trend that is gradually moving to the global level
