This study attempted to determine the extent of the implementation of Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WaSH) program and its relationship with hygiene and sanitation practice of intermediate pupils in Sta. Cruz Elementary School, City Schools Division of Antipolo during the School Year 2022-2023.The method of research used was the descriptive correlational type with the questionnaire as the data gathering instrument which was validated by the experts. The respondents of the study included 85 teachers and 362 pupils from Grades IV, V & VI.
