This article analyzes the short-story "The Garden of Forking Paths" by the Argentine Jorge Luis Borges from the idea and genealogy of the labyrinth in analogy with the idea of multiple universes. It highlights the fractured perception of time and space from Berkeley's thought.This article was written thanks to an International PhD Fellowship granted by the Mexican National Council of Science and Technology (CONACyT) for Doctoral Studies overseas (2013-2017).
