This is a patch which fixes a few problems and bugs. Previously, it was not possible to find the distance to the other side of a second order surface when being located on the surface. This bug is fixed with this patch. The Tracker::get_nearest_boundary method has been extented and is usable when the tracker is "lost", and not located in any defined portion of the geometry. Having the library yaml-cpp preinstalled is no long necessary, as cmake will use FetchContent to go download and build the library if it cannot be found. This means that cmake >= 3.11 is now required
