Studies on the behaviour of vitamin-A, when dispersed in aqueous medium have been made. The vitamin-A is less stable at acidic PH of 3.0 than at PH of about 6.0 The hydroxy antioxidants, like Propyl galIate, show no antioxygenic property. The acetate form of vitamin-A is less stable than the alcohol form in aqueous solution
