This upload includes the MATLAB code of the Monte Carlo simulation that is necessary to calculate the fractional contributions of nutrient sources and sinks. The method has been applied to Station ALOHA and BATS in the subtropical ocean but could be applied to other stations with known N/P ratios of nutrient source and sink terms.
