This release adds new optimization capabilities for the actuator models and improves user interfaces. Added an option to smooth the source term for the actuatorDisk model such that one can set the actuator disk parameters as design variables during optimization (https://github.com/mdolab/dafoam/pull/65/commits/62f2398c52d19734455d70fbbd7216fbe894d09e). Enabled using the actuator point parameters as design variables for unsteady optimization (https://github.com/mdolab/dafoam/pull/65/commits/c8dd1c9dd82bcecf1fbf6974000d6fc7e818c810).
