Dataset containing images of macroinvertebrates from updated BIODISCOVER (2019). The task of the image collection was to determine optimal camera settings, from 2 parameters: Exposure time and Aperture. A combination of 3 exposure time and aperture settings was tested (total of 9 combinations of settings): Exposure time: 1000, 1500, 2000 Aperture: 3.8, 8, 16 All images contained within the dataset are separated by camera settings, species and sample number. Samples containing several specimen within one sample number are indexed (example: 10023_1, 10023_2, 10023_3). Further labeling and information can be found within "setup data.csv"
