Overview This document describes the replication archive (3_replication_package_EJ) for the above paper. The replication archive will be sufficient to generate all the figures and tables in the paper and the final data used in the analysis. Data The data used to replicate the analysis in the paper are in the folder ``4 confidential data not for publication/data’’. To replicate the results of the paper, move all the Stata files contained in this folder to the folder ``3_replication_package_EJ/data’’. Programs call the data in this specific sub-folder.
