Processing Morphological Transcriptions (ELAN and FLEx) is a user's guide that describes a step by step procedure for converting linguistic annotation files between FLEx and ELAN (either way). The guideline is accompanied by ELAN and FLEx sample files of the languages Arhuaco and Bats. The Archuaco files were used to create the guidelines and the Bats files offer additional illustrations
