3.11. Steirodontini Brunner von Wattenwyl, 1878 The tribe is composed by five genera and 56 species, distributed in the Neotropical Region, even if a few species reach the Mexican Transition Zone and the Neartic Region. Identification keys for almost all species are available since an extensive revision of the tribe was carried out so far (Emsley 1970). This is the first record of the tribe for the Paraná State, as we found five species inhabiting the sampling sites.Published as part of Fianco, Marcos, Szinwelski, Neucir & Faria, Luiz R.
