Other hosts: Asio flammeus galapagoensis (Gould, 1837); Bubo virginianus (Gmelin, 1788); Circus cinereus Vieillot, 1816. Chilean host: Glaucidium nanum (King, 1828). Chilean localities: Parque Contulmo (Concepción): Region VIII; Chiguayante: Region VIII. Geographic distribution: North, Central and South America. Chilean reference: This catalogue.
