This is a recording of Alice Abia who tells a story from Wando, the place where she got married to. It is a story about two birds who exchanged their feathers. The recording took place in Rouku village, Western Province, Papua New Guinea. The dataset includes: audio file (tci20130923a-01.wav) transcription file (tci20130923a-01.eaf) The material was recorded by Christian Döhler as part of a language documentation project for his PhD. The project was located at the School of Culture, History and Language at the Australian National University, Canberra.
