The submission contains the data sets of heterotrophic euglenid Rhabdomonas costata strain PANT2. Specifically the genome assembly (Rhabdomonas costata_genome assembly-sp_q20-gc_scaffolds.fas), transcriptome assembly (Rhabdomonas_costata_transcriptome_assembly_20160229.fas) and a protein set predicted from the transcriptome assembly but decontaminated from obvious prokaryotic contaminants (Rhabdomonas_costata_transcriptome_predicted_proteins_decontaminated.fas). The information about the organism, about the preparation of DNA and RNA samples and the data sets will be given in the relevant publication.
