Obesoconnus mexicanus sp. n. (Figs. 2, 14–15, 18–19, 20) Type material. Holotype: Mexico: ♂, four labels: “ Cordoba / Mex. Ver. / Dr.A.Fenyes ” [yellowish, printed]; small green star; “A. FENYES / Collection” [orange, printed]; “ OBESOCONNUS / mexicanus m. / det. P. Jałoszyński ’ 14 / HOLOTYPUS” [red, printed] (MHNG). Paratype: ♀, same data as holotype, except for yellow "paratypus" label (MHNG). Diagnosis. Male and female: frons between eyes much broader than 1 / 3 HW; pronotal median antebasal pit absent.
