This dataset contains images of C. elegans touch sensory neurons (ALM and PLM neurons) recorded with a confocal laser scanning microscope and neuronal trees generated from the images with the APP2 algorithm. PLM images were stitched and a gaussian blur was applied to all images to reduce noise. The PLM neuronal trees contain manual annotations (as nodes with non-zero node-type) marking the connections from PLM to PMV neurons.
