Analytical measurements of water at the three sampling sites: glacier, hot spring and downstream. Error in measurements (±) represents 1 standard deviation when replicate laboratory measurements were taken. Limit of detection (LoD) was calculated as mean blank (n>5) + standard deviation x3, except for fluorescence in which LoD was calculated as the standard deviation of the bank (since DIW can have higher fluorescence signal than environmental samples). All data are reported to 3 significant figures. BDL=below limit of detection; NA = not available; %RA = percent relative abundance
