Sustain COAST Deliverable 4.1: Map/List of Stakeholders

The objective of this deliverable is to document the progress made in the implementation of Task 4.1, which falls within WP4 (Innovative Governance). The WP4 includes the analysis and assessment of the different case study’s water management governance systems, as well as the implementation of a process of stakeholder engagement through the setting up of participatory platforms. This aims at triggering dialogue among different water-related stakeholders, using innovative approaches to promote transformative changes and exploring mediation techniques for solving environmental water management-related conflicts. As part of WP4, a stakeholders mapping activity was carried out for each of the four case studies (Task 4.1). Given this premise, this deliverable aims to outline the methodology adopted in carrying out Task 4.1, as well as to illustrate the outputs of the stakeholders mapping activities. With this respect, tables and system diagrams have been realized to display the main water-related stakeholders as well as their roles and characteristics within the respective case studies (Arborea, Italy; Wadi El Bey, Tunisia; Erdemli, Turkey; Malia, Greece)
