These two files include: 1) The ABAQUS inp files of the model: There are four cases modeled in ABAQUS representing eye movement. We simulated four cases: case 1, incorporating all components without constraint on globe translation; case 2, like Case 1 but with globe rotation constrained to its fixed center prohibiting translation; Case 3, similar to Case 1 but omitting orbital fat; and Case 4, similar to Case 1 but omitting pulley and Tenon tissues and suspending the globe with orbital fat only. 2) Step file of the Assembly model: The whole assembly of the eye structure in SolidWork
