The present article addresses the question of the relationship between the Constitution of the State and the freedom of the individual in the light of the recent book by professor Giuseppe Duso Libertà e Costituzione in Hegel, an essay regarding Hegel’s political think-ing and particularly on his Philosophy of Right.
