The black slaves in Peru and Colonial and Republican America: its contribution to the economy and culture

In this essay, we reflect on the life and social existence of black African slaves in Peru, and colonial and republican America, and its contribution to strengthening the economy, and the configuration of culture in contemporary society. Moreover, we accredit the critical discussion about the enslavement of black Africans to understand this social phenomenon, as part of a dynamic that began and developed in America / New World in the fifteenth, sixteenth and onwards, within the framework of Western globalization in its most cruel and ruthless oppression and exploitation forms by the action of the colonial aristocracy and the Republican oligarchic plutocracy. We also appreciate the social action developed by the African slaves, to overcome the inhuman and adverse conditions of discrimination and segregation to which they were subjected; and therefore their epic struggle for their freedom and emancipation, in a context of global colonization.En el presente ensayo, reflexionamos sobre la vida y existencia social de los negros esclavos africanos en el Perú y América colonial y republicana, su contribución al fortalecimiento de la economía y la configuración de la cultura en la sociedad contemporánea. Por otra parte, queremos abonar a la discusión crítica sobre la esclavitud de los negros africanos, para entender este fenómeno social, como parte de una dinámica que se inició y desarrolló en América/Nuevo Mundo, en los siglos XV, XVI y en adelante, en el marco de la globalización occidental, bajo sus formas más crueles y despiadadas de opresión y explotación, por acción de la aristocracia colonial y la plutocracia oligárquica republicana. Asimismo, valoramos la acción social que desarrollaron los esclavos negros africanos, para vencer las condiciones inhumanas y adversas de discriminación y segregación a la que fueron sometidos; y por ende, su épica lucha por conquistar su libertad y emancipación, en un contexto de globocolonización
