Whether pupils get involved in the school structures depends on how the persons responsible for them, directors and teachers, work them out and think about them. This implies taking into account the diversity of pupils as they really are, of their social backgrounds, and their emotions. This article presents a group of discussion where it is possible to take into account group emotional movements which stimulate or hinder the transmission work within the school structures and to elucidate the interplay with the structures, of binding and unbinding.
