This paper is based on essentially descriptive research. Its purpose is to deal with the construction or teachers' professionality among its actors : teachers in preservice professional training and in their first year of practice in class. Our study leads up to two main results : - The teaching conceptions of beginners are on the one hand heterogeneous and structured around a stable core centered on the pupils' achievement and, on the other hand, dynamic. - The emotional and cognitive sides of the representations beginners from of their teaching practice, combine in a complex way, and can result in integrating dynamics : through a personal and professional project, the teacher is both author and actor of his own professionality.Cet artic...
