Enseignement et formation

This text presents a theory of the difference between teaching and training ; it describes a "continuum of aims" : changing representations would be the aim of teaching, changing practices the one of training, changing conducts the one of therapy. Then its purpose is to show how the National Education teaches instead of training, that is to say goes on aiming at representations and not practices, as if it were a matter of protecting teaching from the possible effects of the training work.Ce texte propose une théorie de la différence entre enseignement et formation. Il décrit un « continuum de visées » : changer les représentations serait la visée de l'enseignement, changer les pratiques celle de la formation, changer les conduites celle de la thérapie. Il s'attache ensuite à montrer comment l'Éducation nationale française, sous le nom de fondation, fait de l'enseignement, c'est-à-dire continue de viser les représentations et non les pratiques, comme s'il s'agissait de protéger l'enseignement des effets possibles du travail de formation.Ranjard Patrice.
