During the 1984-1985 school year, two governement circulares tentatively extended the teacher's college function in order to provide training services to teachers who had to face lower levels of professional qualification. This survey highlited this organisational typology of these training units, the approaches and strategies of the teachers in charge, the difficulties which occur as well as teachers' needs and requirements for further and specific training. This survey provides a useful material for training units and teachers college wishing to implement specific training programs for non stels educational systems facing problems related to iliteracy and lower levels of professional qualification.Deux circulaires ministérielles ont en 1...
