The notions and the types of training ha ve changed a lot for the past ten years. The typology used so far do not allow to include easily the new practices particularly those which deal with research or co-training. The categorization proposed in this paper aims to broaden the field, suggesting a vision both synthetical and critical about the diversity of present approaches concerning training.Les conceptions et les formes de la formation ont fortement évolué au cours des dix dernières années.
