Bioética, dignidad e intertemporalidad de los bioderechos humanos

The article develops an argument about dignity from the field of bioethics and human biolaw, in the context of discussion on role of future generations in the present life. The issue of human dignity is first discussed as a problem of a moral nature, beyond the naturalistic fallacy, under the role that the interpretation of time for biolaw. An interpretation of the legal intertemporality as a problem of the biolaw be tested. It is concluded that international directives on bioethics, give basis for the temporality of biolaw in the opposite direction to the classical interpretation of biojuristic time; that is, from the future to the present, guided by the concept of dignity.El artículo desarrolla un argumento sobre la dignidad desde el ámbito de la bioética y de los bioderechos humanos, en el contexto de la discusión sobre el papel que juegan las futuras generaciones en la vida presente. Se discute primeramente el tema de la dignidad humana como un problema de índole moral, más allá de la falacia naturalista, en virtud del rol que cumple la interpretación del tiempo para el bioderecho, y se ensaya una interpretación acerca de la intertemporalidad jurídica como un problema del ser del bioderecho. Se concluye que las directivas internacionales acerca de la bioética, dan fundamento a la intertemporalidad del bioderecho en un sentido inverso a la clásica interpretación del tiempo biojurídico; esto es, desde el futuro al presente, hilados por el concepto de dignidad
